No new features. 4.0 is a restructuring and refactoring of part of the code base. Out objective is to make the code base more solid and not focus on adding functionality to the application.

I love it when a big application like CiviCRM puts this as a core feature of the next release. NO NEW FEATURES! Yes! Usability!

I'm going to be tracking it quite closely for sure, contributing where I can.
